Potatoes In A Jacket
Ingredients:
4 boiled potatoes
butter- 2 tbsp
curd
cheese spread: 2 tbsp
spring onions: 2-3
tobasco sauce
salt
pepper
Method:
Boil the potatoes
Heat the pan
Coat each potato with butter and fry with the skin
Add pepper and salt
keep aside once done
Wrap with foil
For filling:
Mix together curd, cheese spread, tobasco sauce, salt, pepper and butter.
Squash potatoes a little
Fill in the mixture and serve!
Yummy evening snack.

White Bean Sandwich
White Bean Sandwich
Ingredients
White beans: 1 cup
2 tbsp olive oil
Lemon juice
Ground cumin ½ teaspoons
Salt and black pepper
4 slices of bread
1 cucumber sliced
1 tomato sliced
Butter
Method
Soak white beans overnight
Take a mixer grinder and grind the soaked white beans to paste
Add oil, lemon juice cumin seeds and salt and pepper
Keep the paste aside
Take the bread slices
Spread butter in the slices
Spread the pureed mixture
Top the mixture with cucumber and tomato slices
Serve for breakfast or pack for lunch1 Yummm!

Yummy Chicken Wrap
Ingredients
Mayonese
Chopped red chilly flakes
Tortilla wraps ( wraps are made with flour)
Spinach chopped
Shredded chicken
Cheese spread and sliced cheese
Red/ green capsicum
Salt
Pepper
Method
1) Take a bowl and mix together 1 cup of mayonnaise, chopped dry red chilies or chilly flakes and a little salt. Add boiled shredded chicken and pepper
2) Take your wraps and spread a layer of semi boiled spinach on it.
3) Spread the mayonnaise mixture
4) Top with bell peppers a little salt and pepper
5) Add cheese spread on top
6) Roll the wraps
7) Serve or pack for lunch!

Roasted Sweet Potato and Apple Soup
Serves: 4
Ingredients
Sweet Potatoes: 6-7
Olive oil: 1 tbsp
1 chopped onion
1 sliced celery
1 apple sliced
Black pepper
Salt
Method:
Take the potatoes and prick them
Place in oven and bake potatoes for 45 minutes
Heat olive oil in pan
Fry sliced onion, celery and apple for 10 minutes or till soft
Take out baked potatoes
Scoop out potatoes from flesh and add to pan
Add 4 cups water
Add salt and pepper according to taste
Cook mixture till thick and smooth for approximately 10 minutes
Take out the mixture and puree it in a mixer and strain
You can add water to improve consistency
Serve hot with garlic bread

Corn Muffins
Ingredients:1 ½ cups of flour.
1 cup of cornmeal.
1 cup of water.
¼ cup of shortening.¼ cup of sugar.
2 tablespoons of cornstarch.
2 tablespoons of vinegar.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Method:
1) Mix the shortening and sugar;
2) Add the cornstarch, vinegar and salt.
3) Beat in all of the remaining ingredients.
4) Spoon into a greased muffin tin.
5) Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean

- Drumsticks : 10
- Potato: 2-3
- Onion: 2-3
- Tomato: 2-3
- Peas: 100gms
- Dhania Powder: 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds: 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder: 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds: 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves: 5
- Corriander leaves
- Grated Coconut
- Green Chillies:2-3
- Corriander powder
- Ginger garlic paste
Method:
- Cut drumstick, potato and onions
- Blend onion
- Grate coconut
- Make a paste of onion and cocomut
- Make a puree of tomatoes
- Heat oil
- Fry mustard seeds and curry leaves
- Add the coconut onion paste
- Add green chillies, ginger garlic and corriander paste
- Add corriander powder, turmeric, red chilly and cumin powder
- Add drumstick amd potatoes
- Add water and cover and cook
- Add salt, peas and tomato puree
- Boil on low flame for 10 mins
- Top with corriander leaves and serve hot

Spinach Corn
Ingredients:
Corn kernels- boiled- 1 cup
Spinach- 2 cups
Garlic cloves-5-6
Ginger garlic paste
Corriander powder
Red chilly powder
Corriander leaves
Green chillies - 2-3
Butter- 2 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp

Method:
1) Boil corn kernels and put aside
2) Heat oil
3) Fry ginger garlic paste
4) In a mixie mince spinach leaves with 3 garlic cloves, 2 green chillies and corriander leaves.
5) Add boiled corn kernels to the oil.
6) Add corriander and red chilly powder
7) Add spinach paste
8) Let boil for 10 mins till oil separates
9) Top with butter and pepper powder
10) Serve hot!

Potatoes
Onion
Ginger
Garlic
Capsicum
chillies
ketchup
Veg seasoning cubes
Cornflour
Method:
1) Cut the potatoes in french fry fashion
2) Boil capsicum and potatoes
3) Deep fry the potatoes after coating with cornflour
4) Heat oil
5) Add onion and ginger garlic chopped
6) Add green chillies chopped
7) Add ketchup and fried potatoes- mix together
8) Add capsicum, vinegar and veg seasoning
9) Serve hot

Fish N' CurdIngredients:
Fish
WholeCurd: 500 gms
Onion paste
Ginger paste
Butter
Sugar
Salt
Cardamom- 2-3
Cloves -3-4
Cinnamon -2-3
Mustard oil
Bay leaf-1
Method:
1) Take fresh fish fillets
2) Mix curd, ginger garlic paste and onion paste to it
3) Add salt and sugar
4) Marinate fish for 1 hour
5) Heat buttter
6) Add cardamom, cinnamon and cloves ground
7) Add bay leaf
8) Now add the marinated fish and let it cook
9) Cover and cook till done for 15 mins.
10) Serve hot

Sweet And Sour Brinjals:

Ingredients:
Brinjals -4-5

Oil
Tamarind paste
Turmeric powder
Sugar

Mustard seeds
Dry red chillies
Crushed cumin seeds
Method:
1) Deep fry the brinjals in mustard oil
2) Heat oil again
3) Fry dry red chillies, after breaking them into 2
4) Add mustard seeds and turneric powder
5) Add tamarind paste and boil
6) Add fried brinjals to the gravy
7) Add salt and sugar - 1 tsp
8) Cover and cook for 5-10 mins in the gravy
9) Top with powdered cumin seeds
10) Serve hot with bread roll

Salt, Vinegar, Ginger garlic paste
Curry leaves
Mustard Seeds

Pasted corriander leaves
Cardamon
Cloves
Cinnamon

1) Marinate the chicken in ginger garlic paste, salt and vinegar
