Mustard seeds
Dried red chilly
Method:
- Heat oil
- Slice and fry the brinjals and keep aside
- Now fry mustard seeds and dry red chilly
- add curry leaves
- In a bowl mix curd, salt, sugar and red chilly powder
- Add the curd mixture to the oil
- Add fried brinjals and cook over low flame fpr 10 mins
- Serve hot with bread or rice.
