Ingredients:
Ginger
Chilly
Carrots
Cucumber
Salt
Ajinomoto
Spring Onions
Cornflour
Lemon Juice
Oil
Method:

1) Boil ginger, chilly and all vegetables: shredded
2) Add salt and ajinomoto
3) Add cornflour disolved
4) Garnish with spring onions
5) Serve hot
