Spicy Chicken

Ingredients:


1) 500 gm chicken
2) Ginger garlic paste
3) Onion paste
4) green chillies
5) Tomato ketchup
6) Dry red chillies
7) Salt- a pinch
8) Sugar a pinch
9) Pepper: ground
10) Corriander leaves
11) Mustard Oil
Method:

1) Heat mustard oil
2) Fry dry red chillies
3) Add onion paste and let it brown
4) Add ginger garlic paste and saute
5) Add the chicken pieces and fry
6) Add tomati ketchup, sugar, salt and pepper
7) Keep sauting till chicken is tender
8) Cover and cook but do not add water
9) After a while when chicken is completely tender add corriander leaves
10) Serve hot with rice.
