Corn kernels- boiled- 1 cup
Spinach- 2 cups
Garlic cloves-5-6
Ginger garlic paste
Corriander powder
Red chilly powder
Corriander leaves
Green chillies - 2-3
Butter- 2 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp

Method:
1) Boil corn kernels and put aside
2) Heat oil
3) Fry ginger garlic paste
4) In a mixie mince spinach leaves with 3 garlic cloves, 2 green chillies and corriander leaves.
5) Add boiled corn kernels to the oil.
6) Add corriander and red chilly powder
7) Add spinach paste
8) Let boil for 10 mins till oil separates
9) Top with butter and pepper powder
10) Serve hot!
