4 boiled potatoes

butter- 2 tbsp
curd
cheese spread: 2 tbsp
spring onions: 2-3
tobasco sauce
salt
pepper
Method:
Boil the potatoes
Heat the pan
Coat each potato with butter and fry with the skin
Add pepper and salt
keep aside once done
Wrap with foil
For filling:
Mix together curd, cheese spread, tobasco sauce, salt, pepper and butter.
Squash potatoes a little
Fill in the mixture and serve!
Yummy evening snack.
